Sunshine & Stretching
Take a few moments to slow down and move with me outdoors.
For this class you'll need a spikey ball (or a tennis ball if you don't have one). We'll use it to gently massage tight muscles before moving through slow, controlled stretches and Pilates-based movements to improve mobility, release tension and help you feel less stiff.
This is the perfect class if you've been sitting for too long, feeling tight, or simply want to enjoy some calming movement at your own pace. I hope you finish feeling a little looser, more mobile and refreshed.
