(Hedge) Hog Mobility, Strength & Balance
For this class you'll need your Hog, a yoga block or cushion (and a spikey ball if you're not using a Hog).
We’ll use the Hog to support mobility work that helps reduce stiffness and improve ease of movement, before building into strength and stability exercises to support posture, joint control and functional strength. The class finishes with balance challenges to improve coordination and confidence in movement.
