Wall Pilates Class

For this class you'll need a wall or a door. The wall is fantastic for giving us valuable feedback for posture and alignment. It's a great class if you've been sitting at a desk all week or are feeling tight and stiff through your upper back and shoulders. We'll use the wall creatively to improve postural awareness, encourage length through the body and build strength and stability in a fun and supportive way.
