Strong for Life: Pilates with Weights

Using hand weights (2–3kg if you have them), we'll challenge the muscles that support your joints while improving posture, balance and control. We'll also add a yoga block to create some extra stability and balance challenges, helping you develop coordination and body awareness. As always, there'll be options to both simplify and progress the exercises, so everyone can work at their own level.
