Stretch, Strength & Feel-Good Movement
For this class you have the option to use a Pilates Circle if you have one, or a loop resistance band.
We’ll combine lovely stretches with upper, core and lower body strengthening to help improve mobility, stability and overall body strength. Expect a balanced full-body session that leaves you feeling both worked and released.
We also had a really good chat in class about motivation to exercise and getting outdoors, especially when the weather isn’t on our side—reminding ourselves that even small amounts of movement can make a big difference to how we feel.
