Pilates to Help You Feel Free & Less Stiff
This class is designed to help you move out of stiffness and into a greater sense of ease and freedom in your body.
We’ll work through a combination of gentle mobility, flowing Pilates-based movement and light strength work to release tension, improve joint mobility and restore natural movement patterns. Expect exercises that help you open up through the spine, hips and shoulders, while also building the strength that supports better posture and control.
