Summer Yoga Vibes: Seat of Compassion sequence. 15 minutes.

A beautiful flow to open the heart, great at any time of the year, but perfect for summer. Health considerations: Keep your arms at the heart centre in Chair of the Heart if you have heart / blood pressure problems, or your shoulders don't like being overhead. Take care with the Charity pose, it's a strong posture on the joints. Forward fold with leg lift - can rest hands on blocks, don't look down if you need to avoid pressure to the head and eyes. Use padding under your knees for runner if needed, or modify to a standing high lunge.
