Late Summer / Autumn Sun Sequence. 25 minutes.
Some seasonal adjustments to sun sequence. Feel free to do more or less rounds, and I actively encourage you to hold and relax into the postures.
Sun sequence can be a strong practice so here are some health considerations:
* Use standing sun sequence if needed.
* Avoid plank if you have weak wrists, stay with the all 4 position.
* Avoid cobra if you have serious tummy problems such as ulcers or a hernia, better to practice cat.
* Omit Dog if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure or there is any reason why you shouldn't be taken pressure to the eyes or head. Stay with cat and you can still stretch the legs out.
* Avoid this particular pigeon if you have low back issues, or a hip replacement. Instead practice Cat, or come into a low kneel, and slide one leg straight back.
