This full body Pilates class is designed to build strength, control and stability throughout the entire body using a Theraband.
You’ll work through a series of controlled exercises that challenge both upper and lower body strength while supporting posture, joint stability and functional movement. The focus is on creating balanced strength from head to toe, helping you feel more supported, capable and confident in everyday activities.
