This Pilates class focuses on building a strong, stable centre while improving overall mobility and control through the body.
Through a combination of core strengthening exercises and mobility-based movement for the upper and lower body, you’ll develop better posture, improved balance and greater ease in everyday movement. The emphasis is on moving from a strong foundation, helping you feel more supported, coordinated and confident in how you move.
Suitable for all levels, with options provided to progress or regress exercises throughout.
