Participation Waiver & Member Agreement By joining, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any classes, sessions, programmes, recordings, events, resources, or content provided by Inside Out Dru Yoga, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I voluntarily choose to participate in the yoga, wellbeing, coaching, and related activities provided by Inside Out Dru Yoga. I understand that participation is at my own discretion. I am under no obligation to take part in any activity, exercise, movement, practice, or recommendation that I believe may be unsuitable for me. I understand that physical activity and wellbeing practices involve inherent risks, including unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with taking part. I accept responsibility for my own health, wellbeing, decisions, and participation. I agree to work within my own limits and stop immediately if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, illness, or any other concern. I confirm that I am responsible for deciding whether I am physically and medically able to participate. Where appropriate, I will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before taking part. I understand that these sessions are not suitable for pre or post natal. I understand that any information, guidance, coaching, instruction, educational content, or recommendations provided by Inside Out Dru Yoga are for general informational and educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice, and are not intended as a replacement for medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Inside Out Dru Yoga, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from my participation in, or reliance upon, any activities, classes, programmes, services, content, or materials provided. I understand that participation is subject to the discretion of Inside Out Dru Yoga and may be limited, paused, or ended where considered necessary or appropriate. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing content provided by Inside Out Dru Yoga, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver, have had the opportunity to ask any questions, and am legally capable of entering into this agreement.
